Pre Leased FCRE

Commercial real estate investing provides consistent earnings and substantial returns. Fractional ownership enables liquid profits and capital appreciation that outperform inflation. FCRE positions begin at INR 10L.

FRE

FRE is non-commercial real estate that is owned by a group of investors. Investors can enjoy capital appreciation as well as partial ownership of the property, which is split at the discretion of stakeholders.

RBF

RBF finances a company’s operations and pays a proportion of the company’s continuous gross revenue. It works similarly to debt financing, but with no interest payments and better returns computed using a multiple.
