Terra was founded by a group of IIT and IIM alumni to make real estate investment more efficient and accessible to all. During our investigation, we discovered that the real estate industry is one of the largest in the country, but it falls short in terms of return potential for stakeholders. As a result, the concept of Terra was established. Our mission is to simplify real estate investing by enabling data-driven decisions that will allow investors to reap the most benefits from this lucrative investment ecosystem.
