In 2016, the company was acquired by the one of the world’s largest manufacturer of locomotives and railway components. The company has an existing manufacturing facility in Hosur and will be using the asset as a warehousing unit. Tenant-II The tenant is a India based manufacturer in the business of designing, developing & manufacturing components such as heat exchangers, exhaust systems, flooring assembly, toolbox assembly etc. The enterprise owns 10 independent manufacturing plants spread across Maharashtra, Madhya pradesh and Tamil Nadu. Keeping in view of the future, the company has recently expanded to EV battery packs. The company will using the asset to expand its manufacturing operations to Hosur.
